– You may be eligible for a return if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same unopened condition as when you received it. Fragrances missing/damaged cellophane is considered an open product and not accepted for refunds.

– Returns requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:
